The management team consists of selected people with hospitality background with international education. Management system is placed with independent Body Corporate structure; therefore, owners can be well represented in voicing their interests.

The management will look after the Estate. The owners are receiving their report from the independent Body Corporate. Owners and the management enter a management agreement and Estate rules which is available upon request.

The management fee and annual maintenance fee will be deducted from the income of renting the villa during the period not occupied by the owner. Those fees will never be asked to be paid by the owner.
