Medical Facilities

Bali medical facilities are centered in Sanglah General Hospital with its International Wing. Just recently the government of Australia has supported this hospital with the latest state of the art medical equipment such as portable image intensifier, sterilized tools, sets of surgery equipment, and others. Apart from equipment, the Australian government is also pouring AU$ 1,000,000 to avail further equipment.

For medical evacuation, Bali is close to medical centers overseas such as Singapore, Perth and Darwin.

Medical evacuation is also supported by many airlines that have significant numbers of flights to the destinations above and by companies such as SOS, BIMC with specialists in Health Care and medical evacuation.
